Driving Directions to Paws for Adventure:
- Go North on Steese Hwy to Chena Hot Springs Rd.
- Take a right off exit and go 5.5 miles to Herning Rd. There is a blue directional sign on the row of mailboxes at Herning Rd.
- Take a right on Herning Rd.
- Go approximately 3/4 miles to near end of Herning Road – see our Paws for Adventure sign on the right at gate (across the street from George Rd.)
- Take a right and travel down the hill to kennel area, keep going straight ahead (approx. 1/4 mile to kennel). Do not turn into the driveway on the left (this is a private residence and not part of our kennel).
*4 WD vehicle is mandatory during winter, no buses beyond the gate.
